Rainy night, I was in Tsim Sha Tsui and met Owl's at the corner!
The decorations and the poster of the food are attractive especially the handcrafted gelato,

Here was what I ordered :-
The first one I ordered is this signature 'Choux' (HKD58) here in this shop.
Which named "Mango Tango", is a most elegant puff pastry and a kind of puffs.

Looks like a pineapple buns but in orange colour.
The top with some cookies and make it crunchy!
Orange coloured Choux is very crispy, with mango sorbet, mango and passionfruit sauce, some coconut crumbs inside. But I changed mango sorbet to bloody orange sorbet as I like it a bit more sour and taste is quite fresh.
Also made me eat more while already have a high meal(dinner) before that.
It really pretty good taste and I love it very much~ highly recommended!
I also ordered a very traditional puff pastry called "chouquettes"(HKD35)as advised by the staff, this now is very popular in France.
There's some pearl sugar on the top of it.
It perfectly with caramel sauce and would make it more tasty and delicious! Smell great and crispy too!
